Connect. Be active. Give. Keep Learning. Results happen over time, not overnight. Our best friends Google and YouTube answered many of our questions related to clean eating & fitness. These answers really helped to create a routine and to understand the different emotions we go through. Each week is a new challenge, ups & downs included. But once you understand this, you will learn to deal with your emotions in a positive way! Stop being harsh with yourself, it won't take you anywhere.

Keep in mind, the best project you will ever work is YOU.

Understanding the food & healthy eating is essential. Going to a Dietitian always help, but in case you can’t, head to your local bookstore. Taking this action will already be a first step towards healthy eating. We can find loads of books explaining how food works, carbs, what our body needs as daily intake. Try to find replacements to major weaknesses such as sugar, snacks, burgers, drinks,… Explore new vegetables and/or healthy recipes you would normally never buy, prepare most of your meals at home using whole or minimally processed foods.

Call it a change of eating habits, not a diet.

EVERY DAY is an opportunity: 
to discover something new. Challenge yourself to find at least one inspiring moment, whether it's a beautiful sunrise, a kind gesture from a stranger, or a quote that resonates with you.

to push your boundaries. Challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone—try a new hobby, talk to someone new, or explore a part of your city you’ve never visited.

to grow and learn. Challenge yourself to learn something new each day, whether it's reading a chapter of a book, listening to a podcast, or simply observing the world around you with fresh eyes.
