Where it all started

A little more than 4 years ago, I realized I needed a change. You know, when you don’t feel in your right shoes? I hated seeing myself at the mirror, eating and drinking all the time, not really having a plan, not actually taking action, only complaining. Then something clicked in my mind. Something telling me, you need to move on, take the right decisions, do something about it! And that’s when I started this journey, I wasn’t sure what I was doing, but I knew something had to be done.


I am not going to lie, it has been a tough journey. Get prepared. Be aware there will be days you give up. Surround yourself with people who’ll support you and push you to continue. Don’t overthink, just do it.


My mindset shifted - I started seeing nutrition & sports as a form of taking care of my body & soul. I had 2/3 books about nutrition at home that I never read or at least didn’t read with the right approach. I Googled & Youtubed alot as well – knowledge is power! That really helped on my journey to continue. My keywords : healthy lifestyle, burn fat, easy workouts ... Not all the advices out there are good to implement, however I chose the ones that would work for me.


Even if you have no equipment at home, you can start whenever you decide! Millions of free workouts are on youtube with no equipment. thats how I started and built step by step my mini – gym at home (weights, jump rope, balance ball, ..)


That click in my mind happened when I couldn’t close my favourite jeans anymore. My motivation today: never going back to that point again.
