I've experienced in the past 4 years a lot of personal and professional changes. The desire of taking care of my body, mind and soul. It's been a long journey. In these pages, you will find a blend of gratitude practices and goal setting strategies that I've found transformative and have helped me to continue my journey.
Today I consider myself as a 'work in progress', however I am in a much better place with new goals and renewed purpose in life.
