A NEW JOURNEY IS CALLING YOU 🫵🏼
DAY ONE OR ONE DAY?

I started this journey not to be skinnier, but to feel good about myself, eat better, train my lazy body. I’ve always been the most non-sporty woman in the room. I didn’t have a real plan. I wanted to take control of my life & emotions, change my habits. I didn’t know where to start, I only knew I couldn’t postpone anymore.

How many times did I make that healthy promise and never succeed at it? Millions of times. However I NEEDED to come out of my comfort zone, do something about it! Someone told me, it takes 3 weeks to change your habits. That’s when I decided to follow the 30 days challenge. What are 30 days in a lifetime... nothing, right?

Being here is already the first step you are taking. To change things and to work for YOU, towards a brighter future. I promise, you won't be disappointed, this journey has brought even more than expected. It's not about being skinnier and having the perfect body; it's about taking control of your life, nurturing your body and soul, and finding inner peace.

The journey is about more than just physical changes. It's like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel -it's about building a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled life. Keep going, Keep believing.

In a nutshell, the steps to take:

  • Learn to rest, not to quit. Sometimes, taking a break is necessary. Allow yourself to rest and recharge so you can come back stronger.

  • Be patient. Change doesn't happen overnight. It's a gradual process that requires time and dedication. Trust the journey and give yourself grace.

  • If you didn't show up today, that's fine—do it tomorrow. Everyone has off days. Missing one day doesn't mean you've failed. Get back on track the next day and keep moving forward.

  • Celebrate small victories. Every small step forward is a win. Whether it's eating a healthy meal, completing a project, or simply taking time for yourself, celebrate these moments.

  • Stay connected and seek support. Surround yourself with a supportive community. Share your journey, encourage others, and draw strength from their stories as well.

  • Focus on progress, not perfection. The goal isn't to be perfect but to make consistent progress. Each small positive change adds up to significant improvements over time.

                              YES WE CAN, MANIFEST IT.
